Laith partners with universities, colleges, and organizations to turn real problems into structured missions for students and early-career talent
Laith is a mission-based skills fellowship
We design Clinics (short, focused skill sessions) and Missions (3–6 week scoped projects) so learners can practice real work with real teams — before they’re in full-time roles
1
We work with you to identify a real challenge from your team or community that can be tackled by students or early-career talent
2
Laith turns that problem into a clear 3–6 week mission with scope, milestones, and what “good” looks like
3
We run or embed Clinics (e.g. communication, coordination, AI for work) and provide check-ins so learners aren’t left guessing
4
Share outcomes you can use
You get structured deliverables, learner feedback, and a clearer sense of who might be a strong fit for future roles or longer-term work
We work with two types of partners:
Education partners
Colleges, universities, and learning programs that want their students to practice real work alongside their studies
Work partners
Startups, nonprofits, and companies that want fresh eyes on real problems while building their early-talent pipeline
If you’d like to be considered as a pilot partner, tell us a bit about your organization and learners. We review each submission and invite the best-fit partners into this cohort
