Give your learners real work, not just lectures

Laith partners with universities, colleges, and organizations to turn real problems into structured missions for students and early-career talent

What is Laith?

What is Laith?

Laith is a mission-based skills fellowship

We design Clinics (short, focused skill sessions) and Missions (3–6 week scoped projects) so learners can practice real work with real teams — before they’re in full-time roles

How we work with partner organizations

We sit between your classroom and your org’s real work. With each partner, we:

With each partner, we:

1

Define a real

problem

Define a real problem

We work with you to identify a real challenge from your team or community that can be tackled by students or early-career talent

2

Turn it into a

mission brief

Laith turns that problem into a clear 3–6 week mission with scope, milestones, and what “good” looks like

Support the learners

We run or embed Clinics (e.g. communication, coordination, AI for work) and provide check-ins so learners aren’t left guessing

4

Share outcomes you can use

You get structured deliverables, learner feedback, and a clearer sense of who might be a strong fit for future roles or longer-term work

Who we partner with

Who we partner with

We work with two types of partners:

Education partners

Colleges, universities, and learning programs that want their students to practice real work alongside their studies

You bring the learners.

We bring Clinics, missions, and structure.

Together, we create a clearer bridge from classroom to real teams.

Work partners

Startups, nonprofits, and companies that want fresh eyes on real problems while building their early-talent pipeline

You bring real challenges from your product, operations, or community. We turn them into scoped missions for vetted learners.

You get new perspectives and a chance to see how people actually work, not justhow they interview.

Founding Partner Pilot

– intentionally small

Founding Partner Pilot – intentionally small

We’re in our pilot phase, and we’re keeping it deliberately small so we can do this properly.

For 2026, we’re onboarding 3–5 founding partners who:

  • Work with students or early-career talent

  • Have real problems that can become 3–6 week missions

  • Are open to trying a new model and giving us honest feedback

This is an application-based, invitation-only pilot. Not every organization will be a fit right now – and that’s intentional.

Founding partners will help shape:

  • The design of early Clinics and missions

  • How this model can grow inside different types of organizations

If you’d like to be considered as a pilot partner, tell us a bit about your organization and learners. We review each submission and invite the best-fit partners into this cohort

We’re currently onboarding partners for our founding pilot cohort. If there’s a strong fit, we’ll reach out to explore a mission together
