What Laith Does

We build mission-based tracks where learners produce professional artifacts that get graded against weighted rubrics with specific feedback. The result is a talent intelligence profile, a scored, evidence-based record of what someone can do, how fast they improve, and how they work under real constraints.

Where We Are

Laith ran its first pilot cohort in early 2026. One learner completed four missions, produced three consecutive Deploy-Ready artifacts, and demonstrated accelerating feedback integration across every cycle. We're now opening Cohort 2 for the Project Management track and partnering with workforce development organizations in Chicago.

We're building toward a future where every professional track: PM, data analytics, and beyond, produces the same thing: proof, not promises.
